Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for various projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling 3D visuals.
• Develop and maintain a project library of 3D assets, textures, and materials.
• Work with design teams to integrate 3D content into presentations and client meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
• Provide input on designs from a 3D perspective to enhance overall project quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or similar role within the architectural or design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and post-production processes in 3D rendering.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D visualizations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.
• Ability to recreate client visions accurately and creatively in 3D.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, primarily office-based with some in-person client meetings required.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
