About Us

Taraki is building the hiring platform that helps companies in Pakistan find, evaluate, and hire talent faster—without the usual chaos of scattered CVs, WhatsApp messages, and slow follow-ups. On the candidate side, we help job seekers discover opportunities aligned with their skills and ambitions. On the employer side, we help hiring teams and recruiters run a cleaner, more efficient hiring process and consistently reach the right talent.

We’re product-first, execution-driven, and focused on building a repeatable revenue engine through paid job posts/job packs and monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans for companies and recruiters.

Responsibilities

You will own the sales motion end-to-end. This is not a “just send messages” role. You’ll be expected to build pipeline, run demos, close deals, and keep customers engaged.

  • Build lead lists of relevant companies, HR teams, founders, and recruiters using LinkedIn, Apollo, and manual research.
  • Run outbound sequences across Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Qualify leads quickly, identify decision-makers, and move deals through the funnel.
  • Book and run discovery calls, online demos, and in-person meetings (when needed).
  • Convert companies and recruiters into paid users through:
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close with speed and clarity.
  • Build clean, persuasive sales decks and bespoke proposals for larger accounts.
  • Manage a book of customers and ensure they stay active on the platform.
  • Share monthly updates, drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean CRM (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar): stages, notes, next steps, follow-ups, and forecasting.
  • Track key metrics weekly (outreach, meetings, demos, closes) and report what’s working.
  • Build relationships that uncover real hiring pain points.
  • Share structured customer feedback with product and marketing to improve the product, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience who is intense about sales performance and extremely organized.

  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS or HR/recruitment ecosystem is a plus).
  • Comfortable using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sheets).
  • Familiarity with selling to SMEs and corporate HR teams in Pakistan.
  • Obsessed with clean CRM hygiene and predictable pipeline building.
  • High ownership: you don’t wait for instructions; you execute and improve the playbook.
