Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise company-provided staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, security, maintenance, and compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, technicians, and contractors to resolve issues and conduct regular inspections.
  • Handle accommodation allocation, maintain occupancy records, and address resident concerns promptly.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including purchasing, preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Supervise building maintenance and ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of facilities.
  • Identify and manage vendors, ensuring reliable service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Take timely decisions, assess risks, and manage administrative and emergency situations effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
