Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise company-provided staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, security, maintenance, and compliance with policies.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, technicians, and contractors to resolve issues and conduct regular inspections.
Handle accommodation allocation, maintain occupancy records, and address resident concerns promptly.
Oversee procurement activities, including purchasing, preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and monitoring stock levels.
Supervise building maintenance and ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of facilities.
Identify and manage vendors, ensuring reliable service and cost-effective solutions.
Take timely decisions, assess risks, and manage administrative and emergency situations effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
