Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support human resources activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrable experience with office management systems and procedures.
  • Professional certification in office administration or related field is considered an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with regular office hours.
  • On-site work setting, requiring presence in the office during working hours.
  • Ability to handle occasional stressful situations and deadlines.
