Job Description
Technical Support & Service
Provide post-installation technical support to clients.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for complex problem resolution.
Conduct site visits when required for inspection, repair, or supervision.
Customer Relationship Management
Respond promptly to service requests and complaints.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Service Coordination & Documentation
Maintain service logs, reports, and maintenance records.
Track warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate spare parts availability with procurement and store departments.
Prepare service reports after each visit and share with relevant stakeholders.
Preventive Maintenance
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits.
Educate clients on equipment handling and maintenance practices.
Identify opportunities for service contracts or extended warranties.
Internal Coordination
Liaise with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handover of completed projects.
Provide feedback to engineering and design teams for product improvement.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred – Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant field).
Experience: 1–2 years in after-sales service, maintenance, or technical support within an engineering or manufacturing company.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
