Job Description
Technical Support & Service
  • Provide post-installation technical support to clients.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for complex problem resolution.
  • Conduct site visits when required for inspection, repair, or supervision.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Respond promptly to service requests and complaints.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Service Coordination & Documentation
  • Maintain service logs, reports, and maintenance records.
  • Track warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate spare parts availability with procurement and store departments.
  • Prepare service reports after each visit and share with relevant stakeholders.
Preventive Maintenance
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits.
  • Educate clients on equipment handling and maintenance practices.
  • Identify opportunities for service contracts or extended warranties.
Internal Coordination
  • Liaise with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handover of completed projects.
  • Provide feedback to engineering and design teams for product improvement.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred – Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant field).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in after-sales service, maintenance, or technical support within an engineering or manufacturing company.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
