Experience Required: 2 to 6 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI-enabled platforms with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and scalability.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of AI-driven features including reasoning systems, scoring models, analysis engines, and content generation workflows.
• Integrate LLM-based and AI services into production systems with appropriate governance, validation, and controls.
• Combine deterministic business logic with AI-assisted decision-making in a controlled and auditable manner.
• Design and implement backend systems and APIs that support AI workflows and data pipelines.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and permission models for AI-enabled applications.
• Build workflow- and state-driven processes to support complex AI-assisted business operations.
• Ensure data integrity, audit logging, traceability, and reproducibility of AI outputs.
• Design and manage relational data models supporting AI inference, reporting, and analytics.
• Deliver formal reports and document outputs (e.g., PDFs, structured reports) derived from AI-processed data.
• Support automation, background processing, and integration with third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership and ownership across the full AI feature lifecycle.
• Participate in architectural reviews, risk assessments, and technical planning.
• Maintain enterprise standards for code quality, security, documentation, and maintainability.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience delivering AI-enabled enterprise or large-scale applications.
• Strong expertise in LLM-based systems and AI integrations in production environments.
• Proven ability to design governed, auditable, and controllable AI workflows.
• Solid background in backend system architecture and API design.
• Experience implementing RBAC, authorization frameworks, and access controls.
• Strong understanding of workflow/state-based systems.
• Proficiency with relational databases and data modeling for AI use cases.
• Experience with modern backend frameworks and service-oriented architectures.
• Ability to design and maintain logic-intensive, compliance-aware AI systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently while aligning with enterprise governance standards.
• Comfortable supporting multiple AI initiatives and evolving product requirements.
