Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales processes.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance to management.
Support the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align on sales initiatives.
Provide recommendations for improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing customer accounts and resolving queries or issues.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall sales goals.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship or experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
