Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Identify and maintain relationships with top account decision-makers to enhance sales and market penetration.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to increase revenue and market share.
- Regularly attend client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
- Report on sales activities and opportunities to management.
- Provide feedback on customer demands, new product requests, and escalate critical issues to relevant departments.
- Assist in the development of effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sound understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work in person and travel as required within the assigned area.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Results-oriented with the ability to maintain a high degree of flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
