Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with top account decision-makers to enhance sales and market penetration.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to increase revenue and market share.
  • Regularly attend client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
  • Report on sales activities and opportunities to management.
  • Provide feedback on customer demands, new product requests, and escalate critical issues to relevant departments.
  • Assist in the development of effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sound understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work in person and travel as required within the assigned area.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to maintain a high degree of flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
