Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the area.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and projections.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay abreast of market trends.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role is a plus but not required if you have a strong interest and aptitude for a sales career.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and create strategic plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Highly desirable: knowledge of the industry or market related to the company's products or services.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a results-driven approach.
Other:
- Willingness to travel within the area as required for client meetings and events.
