Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the area.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and projections.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay abreast of market trends.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role is a plus but not required if you have a strong interest and aptitude for a sales career.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and create strategic plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Highly desirable: knowledge of the industry or market related to the company's products or services.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and a results-driven approach.
Other:
  • Willingness to travel within the area as required for client meetings and events.
