Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Support the director in planning and implementing programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members and other staff.
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for meetings and discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
