Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff and assist in managing daily operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation for meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Support the office in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
