Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and enhance products.
  • Assist in defining product vision and strategy by conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Help manage the product lifecycle from planning to execution and launch.
  • Work closely with senior product managers to prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain product documentation including user guides, training materials, and product specifications.
  • Monitor product performance and use data analytics to guide product decisions and improvements.
  • Support in crafting marketing strategies and materials, assisting with product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in customer meetings to gather feedback and ensure the product meets customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from senior managers.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using project management and analytical tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with market research and customer feedback processes.
  • Understanding of digital product development and practical application of data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to tackle product-related challenges.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the product management field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a tech-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
