Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of product strategies consistent with company vision.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Collaborate with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct usability testing and user interviews to gain insights and improve products.
• Monitor and report on product KPIs to ensure that products meet both customer needs and company business objectives.
• Participate in the product development lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to launch and maintenance.
• Assist with competitive analysis and market research to support product decisions.
• Manage and update product documentation and backlogs regularly.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• A solid understanding of product lifecycle and market research.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and innovation in product development.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills with a good understanding of managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with market analysis techniques and tools.
• Optional certifications in product management or Agile methodologies would be a plus.
