Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product strategies, workflows, and goals.
Support the Product Manager in the full product life cycle from conception to launch.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Assist in creating product strategies and roadmaps with a focus on delivering features that meet customer demands.
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to refine product design and improve user satisfaction.
Develop detailed business and technical requirements for product features and improvements.
Support the development and implementation of metrics to measure and assess product performance.
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the development team.
Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and conducting product training.
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in a product management or similar role.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to identify insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and marketing teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of supporting successful product launches.
Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
Experience with product management software and analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability in prioritizing and managing different projects.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a tech-related industry is preferred.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar) is advantageous.
