Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product strategies, workflows, and goals.
• Support the Product Manager in the full product life cycle from conception to launch.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in creating product strategies and roadmaps with a focus on delivering features that meet customer demands.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to refine product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Develop detailed business and technical requirements for product features and improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of metrics to measure and assess product performance.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the development team.
• Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and conducting product training.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in a product management or similar role.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to identify insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of supporting successful product launches.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
• Experience with product management software and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability in prioritizing and managing different projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a tech-related industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar) is advantageous.
