Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with their inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze customer accounts and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales and client interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a strong passion for sales.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Other:
  • Must be able to work full-time and in person at the assigned location.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if necessary.
