Responsibilities:
  • To identify the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  • Secure new business through prospecting lead generation (LinkedIn), converting Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), and closing sales as per business goals
  • Conduct effective business development and sales meetings (audio/video) professionally and persuasively
  • Drive Clustox Sales Cycle (that includes discovery, assessment, proposal presentation, and negotiations)
  • Recording status, managing information, and reporting performance in the CRM tool such as HubSpot
  • Document case studies for showcasing to prospective clients
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customers' needs (ICP)
Required Experience and Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or relevant field from a reputable university
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English)
  • Good research aptitude to understand client needs and industry trends
  • Confident in delivering presentations and engaging with prospects
  • Internship or hands-on experience in IT services sales (3-6 months) preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation tools (CRM) is a plus
  • Candidates with an O/A Level academic background will be given preference
  • EST overlap required
