Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential sales leads through research and LinkedIn outreach.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of the company's products and services.
Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales representatives to advance the sales process.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate prospect and customer data.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and company innovations.
Requirements:
Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospects.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Basic understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role is a plus.
Ability to work in-person and commit to a full-time schedule.
Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills for career progression within the organization.
