Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads through research and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of the company's products and services.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales representatives to advance the sales process.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate prospect and customer data.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and company innovations.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Basic understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role is a plus.
  • Ability to work in-person and commit to a full-time schedule.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills for career progression within the organization.
