Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user interface design patterns and user experience principles. The Associate UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users.

• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of design guidelines and style guides.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or related field.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and creative problem-solving.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
