Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and project objectives.
• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with company branding and user experience standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design concepts.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing products by improving user interfaces based on user feedback.
• Help ensure a consistent look and feel across all company digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
