Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

  • Maintain and improve branch profitability by analyzing financial statements and managing budgets.
  • Resolve any customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Set performance targets and motivate the team to achieve goals.
  • Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure cohesion and alignment with overall company goals.
Requirements:
