Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service.
Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Manage staff by recruiting, training, and developing team members to reach their full potential.
Maintain and improve branch profitability by analyzing financial statements and managing budgets.
Resolve any customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure cohesion and alignment with overall company goals.
Requirements:
Experience in management, operations, or a related role within a branch or retail environment.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficiency in financial management and understanding of financial statements.
Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a managerial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.

Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for additional hours when needed.
