Job Description – Business Development Executive (BD) – Upwork Specialist (Remote | Commission-Based)
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Remote) with strong experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation. This role is strictly commission-based with high earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and bid on relevant projects on Upwork daily
- Write strong, customized proposals to win clients
- Identify client needs and communicate effectively
- Maintain Upwork profile visibility and response rate
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with PM/team after project closure
- Maintain daily reporting of bids and wins
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Understanding of digital services/agency work
- Ability to close deals independently
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Compensation:
- Commission-based only
- Attractive percentage per closed project (to be discussed based on experience)
- High earning potential for consistent performers
