Business Developer (Upwork & Freelance Specialist)
Commission-based job with a monthly stipend

Job Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and growth-focused Business Developer who has hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr and understands how to generate, manage, and close leads through freelancing platforms. This is a startup role ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company, contribute strategically, and earn through performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, bid, and apply for relevant projects daily on Upwork and Fiverr
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and deal closures
- Create and execute business development strategies for platform-based growth
- Explore and suggest new freelancing platforms (Freelancer, etc.) for lead generation
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads to conversion
- Work across multiple business development niches
- Track performance, conversions, and revenue growth
- Contribute ideas at a strategic level to scale the startup
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr
- Strong understanding of bidding, proposals, and profile optimization
- Knowledge of business development strategies and sales funnels
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Experience with other platforms (Freelancer, etc.) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Commission:
- 10% on closed sales
- Up to 15% commission for experienced performers
- Increment: PKR 5,000 – 10,000 after successful 3-month probation
