Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
- Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, or freelancing platforms
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT / Software services industry
- Knowledge of proposal writing and bidding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
