Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre representative to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain valuable work experience and develop their communication skills. As a Call Centre representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Record detailed and accurate customer information and communications into the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet or exceed call handling and quality metrics.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.
Qualifications
