Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers for inquiries, order status, and other concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by actively providing accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records of all communications in the company's database.
- Meet or exceed daily call targets and other performance metrics as set by management.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Cross-sell or up-sell products and services when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable handling rejection and objections in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior customer service or telemarketing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site and commit to full-time hours.
