Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to secure new business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in communication.
Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time on-site.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with the ability to maintain professional conduct under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
