Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to secure new business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in communication.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work full-time on-site.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
