Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Case Managers to join our growing Immigration team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing end-to-end immigration cases across USA, Canada, and Australia, ensuring accurate documentation, strong case preparation, and compliance with respective immigration authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and review immigration case files, including statements of purpose, supporting letters, and documentation packages for USA, Canada, and Australia cases
- Conduct client interviews to assess eligibility and gather required information
- Guide clients throughout the documentation and application process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of case files
- Maintain organized case records and track progress of active applications
- Stay updated with immigration policies and changes across USA, Canada, and Australia
- Manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting strict deadlines
Ideal Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in immigration case management (USA, Canada, or Australia preferred)
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and documentation requirements for at least one major country
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an immigration consultancy or law firm
- Exposure to multiple immigration systems (USA, Canada, Australia)
- Familiarity with CRM or case management tools
