About the Role:

Oladoc is expanding its telemedicine operations and launching a high-volume video and audio consultation project. We are looking for a Clinical Lead / Clinical Manager to oversee medical operations, ensure clinical quality, and manage a team of doctors delivering teleconsultations at scale. This role is ideal for a senior medical professional who combines strong clinical expertise with leadership and operational oversight.

Qualifications:

MBBS (Mandatory) – PMC registered

Postgraduate qualification preferred, including:

• FCPS (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Emergency Medicine)
• MCPS / MRCP
• Diploma in Family Medicine or Public Health
• Valid license to practice in Pakistan

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience

Experience in:

• OPD / Primary Care / Emergency settings
• Supervising or mentoring junior doctors
• Prior exposure to telemedicine, hospitals, or structured clinical programs will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Governance

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations for video and audio consultations
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical SOPs and treatment protocols
• Ensure patient safety, ethical practice, and proper documentation
• Review escalated cases, complaints, and clinical incidents

Team Management

• Supervise MBBS doctors and senior medical officers
• Provide second opinions and guidance for complex cases
• Conduct clinical audits, training sessions, and performance reviews

Operational Coordination

• Collaborate with operations, quality, and technology teams
• Support shift planning, staffing coverage, and workload management
• Help optimize telemedicine workflows and patient experience

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with PMC guidelines and telemedicine regulations
• Act as the medical authority for clinical decisions
• Assist in medico-legal reviews and risk mitigation
