We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage customer interactions and order processing through Website & WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp (chat & calls) in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and process customer orders
  • Confirm orders with customers before dispatch
  • Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of orders
  • Follow up with customers regarding their orders
  • Manage order tracking and resolve related issues
  • Handle payment tracking, including COD (Cash on Delivery) accounts
  • Maintain and prepare reports for COD and payments
  • Perform basic website management tasks (e.g., uploading product images, updating prices, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of order management and customer handling
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business
  • Basic knowledge of website handling (preferred)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
