Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp (chat & calls) in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and process customer orders
- Confirm orders with customers before dispatch
- Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Follow up with customers regarding their orders
- Manage order tracking and resolve related issues
- Handle payment tracking, including COD (Cash on Delivery) accounts
- Maintain and prepare reports for COD and payments
- Perform basic website management tasks (e.g., uploading product images, updating prices, etc.)
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of order management and customer handling
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business
- Basic knowledge of website handling (preferred)
