Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cash-on-delivery (COD) operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of payments.
- Monitor and analyze COD performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the COD process.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to COD promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Prepare regular reports on COD operations and present findings to senior management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred.
