Responsibilities: - Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce products or services. - Develop and maintain an understanding of the company's offerings to effectively convey benefits. - Follow a script provided by the company to ensure consistency in messaging. - Record detailed notes and feedback from each call into the customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Meet or exceed assigned call metrics and conversion targets on a regular basis. - Identify and qualify leads to hand off to the sales team for follow-up. - Adjust communication strategies and tactics based on client responses and needs. - Maintain a professional demeanor and build rapport with prospective customers. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar cold calling or telemarketing role. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. - Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in past roles. - Strong listening skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Availability to work on a part-time basis as per the agreed schedule. - Ability to work independently while maintaining productive communication with the team.
