Job Title:
Coordinator to Executives (SAP Reporting & Analytics)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to Executive who will support the Director in preparing reports, conducting data analysis, and managing business-related information. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and ERP systems (preferably SAP), along with a good understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present reports as required by the Director.
- Perform data comparisons and analysis using Excel and ERP reports.
- Extract data from the ERP system (SAP preferred) and prepare analytical reports.
- Create Excel-based reports using advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas.
- Prepare presentations and summaries in PowerPoint for management review.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain and organize reporting data and documentation.
- Assist the Director in monitoring business performance through structured reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year or above in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, report preparation).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good understanding of business processes and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
