Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Officer – Credit Risk Management to support credit analysis, prepare reports, and assist in effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed credit assessments of SME businesses and individual clients applying for leasing and financing facilities
• Assess credit scores, repayment capacity, business growth plans, and industry risk factors
• Prepare structured credit appraisal reports with clear lending recommendations for approval committees and management
• Monitor approved credit facilities to detect early warning signals and potential risks
• Ensure all activities comply with OLP’s credit policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate credit documentation and assist in audits and internal reviews
• Analyze financial statements and assess credit risk

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in credit risk, credit analysis, or lending within a leasing company, bank, or financial institution (preferred)

Qualification

ACCA or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

Experience Required

1–2 years (financial institution experience preferred)
