Position: CSR/ Sales Executives - Calling Agents

Job Type

• Full-time | Onsite | Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Handle warm/live transfer leads for Final Expense insurance
• Closee sales professionally while following compliance guidelines
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily and monthly closing targets
• Work closely with team leads and QA for performance improvement

Requirements

• Fresh or a few months of experience as a CSR
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of Final Expense products
• Ability to work night shifts (US hours)
• Target-driven mindset with professionalism
