Customer Care Representative

As our Customer Care Specialist, you are not only here to solve problems, you are here to change the way customers feel about them. You will be the voice of calm in tense moments, the guide when things feel confusing, and the person who makes customers say, “That was handled brilliantly.”
What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities)
- Respond to inbound calls and greet customers professionally, acting as the first point of contact.
- Manage front desk inquiries confidently, provide accurate information, and direct visitors or callers to the right person or department.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments based on customer needs and team availability, ensuring the calendar stays accurate and up to date.
- Collect and verify customer details needed for bookings and service requests, including contact information, availability, and reason for visit or call.
- Forward calls and route messages to the appropriate teams with clear context so handoffs are smooth and nothing is missed.
- Maintain organized records of appointments, call logs, and customer notes, documenting actions taken and any required follow ups.
- Support basic service requests and front desk tasks while maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.

- Basic computer skills and comfort using customer service systems or CRMs.
