Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Maintain customer records and update databases
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (KPIs)
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum intermediate or bachelor’s degree
Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
Good problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
