Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (KPIs)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum intermediate or bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
