Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer experience.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to work in person full-time during business hours.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Comfortable using computers and familiar with office software.
