Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security concerning customer information.

Qualifications:
