Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Answer customer calls and document all interactions in a clear and concise manner.
Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.
Keep up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security concerning customer information.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
