About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Success Associate to manage relationships with our business clients. You’ll ensure adoption, retention, and growth — acting as the strategic partner between clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships post-implementation
- Drive product adoption and usage
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Translate client feedback into product insights
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Growth, and Support
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and comfort with data
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Power BI or SQL
- SaaS or tech startup experience
