About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Associate to manage relationships with our business clients. You’ll ensure adoption, retention, and growth — acting as the strategic partner between clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Own client relationships post-implementation
  • Drive product adoption and usage
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Translate client feedback into product insights
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Growth, and Support
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinking and comfort with data
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Power BI or SQL
  • SaaS or tech startup experience
