Job Description
  • Handle banks, corporate, distributor, and retailer support.
  • Handle dispute resolution with customers and liaison with internal teams, PSO/PSP/banks, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Respond to support requests of all levels.
  • Own and drive Severity 1/2 incidents.
  • Determine solution adoption and uptake of transactions.
  • Conduct operational review meetings with corporate customers.
  • Maintain incident reports and share with line manager on a weekly basis.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, settlements, and transaction flows.
  • Ability to handle failed transactions, reconciliation issues, and operational queries.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and ticketing tools.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) for emails, calls, and WhatsApp coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
