Job Description
Handle banks, corporate, distributor, and retailer support.
Handle dispute resolution with customers and liaison with internal teams, PSO/PSP/banks, ensuring legal compliance.
Respond to support requests of all levels.
Own and drive Severity 1/2 incidents.
Determine solution adoption and uptake of transactions.
Conduct operational review meetings with corporate customers.
Maintain incident reports and share with line manager on a weekly basis.
Strong understanding of digital payments, settlements, and transaction flows.
Ability to handle failed transactions, reconciliation issues, and operational queries.
Comfortable working with CRM and ticketing tools.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) for emails, calls, and WhatsApp coordination.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
