Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product information, company policies, and procedures to assist customers accurately.
- Assist in developing and updating customer service protocols and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and company processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work part-time hours per the needs of the business.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to engaging with customers.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capability to handle and lift moderate office items when necessary.
