Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product information, company policies, and procedures to assist customers accurately.
Assist in developing and updating customer service protocols and procedures.
Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and company processes.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Ability to work part-time hours per the needs of the business.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to engaging with customers.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Capability to handle and lift moderate office items when necessary.
