Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product information, company policies, and procedures to assist customers accurately.
  • Assist in developing and updating customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and company processes.
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to work part-time hours per the needs of the business.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to engaging with customers.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to handle and lift moderate office items when necessary.
