  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Assist in improving customer support processes and documentation
Requirements & Skills
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
