Customer Support Executive for Outlet Building Material (Sanitary / Tiles / Ceramics)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Promote sanitary ware, tiles, and building material-related products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers effectively.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the outlet to enhance customer experience.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain outlet discipline and cleanliness.
• Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the outlet level.

Candidate Requirements

Candidate must have experience in the outlet of Sanitary, Tiles, or Ceramics.

Salary Bracket

60k to 70k
