Job Description
Customer Support & Complaint Handling
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Register complaints and service requests in the system.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status.
  • Ensure proper follow-up until issue resolution.
Service Coordination
  • Coordinate with technical/service engineers for scheduling visits.
  • Track service tickets and ensure adherence to response timelines.
  • Escalate critical issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
  • Prepare daily and weekly service reports.
  • Track warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Conduct follow-up calls after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues and report trends to management.
Administrative Support
  • Support invoicing related to service jobs.
  • Coordinate spare parts requests with relevant departments.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in after-sales or service coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally and work under pressure.
