This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers through various channels such as phone, email, or chat. They will strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer service experience. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and collaborating with other departments to address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in customer support, customer service, and customer experience
  • Expertise in delivering customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technology is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with further education or training in customer service being beneficial
