Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs.
  • Update and maintain information on company databases and systems.
  • Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Verify and log receipt of data.
  • Transcribe information into required electronic formats.
  • Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations.
  • Answer queries for information and access relevant files.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with administrative responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of databases and digital file systems.
