Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter data into systems and databases from various sources.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output for accuracy.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  • Follow data entry procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives for more efficient data handling.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality work even when handling repetitive tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time, adhering to company work schedules and policies.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
