Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and confirm dispatch of all re-attempt parcels.
- Verify in-house sheets and prepare daily open-parcel reports.
- Report damaged parcels with cross-verification from OPS.
- Handle fake delivery attempts and arrange same-day deliveries where required.
- Maintain and report replacement records including received, booked, forwarded, and pending with reasons.
- Monitor POA quality.
- Track shipper-advised and Phase-II handover parcels.
- Prepare reconciliation and backend re-attempt reports and submit before 6 PM.
- Manage POD complaints and provide accurate PODs.
- Maintain rider performance records and report low performers.
- Supervise front and back desk staff and ensure SOP compliance.
- Attend OPS meetings and coordinate branch operations.
- Prepare daily performance reports including dispatch vs. delivery, returns, rider attendance, fake attempts, replacements, etc.
- Ensure same-day booking of replacement numbers.
Key Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong time management skills
- People management and team supervision skills
- Ability to lead the zone team in the absence of the Zonal Executive (Acting ZE)
- Strong communication skills
