Job Summary

The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain CEO’s schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle correspondence and official communication on behalf of management
  • Prepare, draft, and format letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up action points
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and official documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist in travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination
  • Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by senior management
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
