Job Summary
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CEO’s schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence and official communication on behalf of management
- Prepare, draft, and format letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up action points
- Maintain confidential records, files, and official documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by senior management
- Support day-to-day administrative operations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
