Experience & Operations Executive
Role Purpose
Own end-to-end execution of programs and experiences—from planning and coordination to on-ground delivery and follow-up—ensuring smooth operations and high-quality participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Coordination
- Manage registrations, participant communication, and databases.
- Plan and execute logistics (venues, schedules, facilitators, materials).
- Coordinate programs and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and basic P&L reporting.
2. Program Execution & Experience
- Lead on-ground execution of sessions, events, and experiences.
- Manage the full participant journey (inquiry → experience → follow-up).
- Host participants and ensure a smooth, engaging experience.
- Handle issues proactively and coordinate with facilitators/partners.
3. Communication & Content Support
- Manage WhatsApp, email, and social media interactions.
- Support content creation and capture on-ground moments.
- Ensure consistent, professional communication across platforms.
4. Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, vendors, and supplies.
- Maintain an organized and well-functioning workspace.
Working Requirements
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) plus flexibility for events
- Weekend availability required (weekday off in lieu)
- High ownership, reliability, and responsiveness expected
Profile
- 1–3 years in operations, events, or similar roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable on-ground
- Interest in experiential or community-driven work
